Contact Arctools

There is no contact form here on purpose — a form that hides where your message goes is worse than an email address you can see. Write to us directly and include the details below so we can actually help rather than ask follow-up questions.

Email us

The fastest route to a real answer.

support@arctools.tech

Include these and you will get a faster answer

  • The tool you were using, and the page URL
  • The wallet address you used it from
  • The transaction hash, if a transaction was produced
  • What you expected to happen versus what did
  • Your browser and wallet, if the problem was in the UI
We will never ask for your seed phrase
Nobody at Arctools will ever request your seed phrase, private key, or a signature that is not a transaction you initiated. Any message that does is an impersonator — ignore it and tell us.

Something is wrong onchain

The information to gather before reporting.

Because Arc finalises in under a second, a failed transaction fails immediately and visibly — there is no ambiguous pending state to wait out. When something reverts, the reason is recorded in the receipt and is almost always one of these:

  • Insufficient USDC for the amount plus gas — Arc pays gas in USDC, so the same balance covers both
  • A token allowance that is lower than the amount being moved
  • A max transaction or max wallet limit set at launch and never raised
  • Trading still disabled on a token that was deployed with it paused
  • A pool address that is not the Uniswap V2 pair you expected

If you can share the transaction hash, we can read the exact revert from Arc Mainnet and tell you which of these it was.

FAQ

Support questions

What we can and cannot do to help.

How quickly will I get a reply?
Most messages are answered within one business day, and reports of a transaction that failed mid-flight are prioritised. Arctools is a small team, so complex contract questions can take longer.
What should I include in a bug report?
The tool you were using, the wallet address you used it from, the transaction hash if one was produced, and what you expected versus what happened. With a transaction hash we can read the exact revert from Arc Mainnet, which usually answers the question immediately.
Can you recover a failed or stuck transaction?
No. Arctools cannot cancel, reverse or resubmit a transaction on your behalf — nobody can once it is onchain. What we can do is read the transaction and tell you precisely why it reverted so you can retry correctly.
Can you help me recover tokens sent to the wrong address?
Unfortunately not. A transfer on Arc Mainnet is final and Arctools has no ability to reverse one. If you sent tokens to a contract address you do not control, they are generally unrecoverable unless that contract happens to expose a rescue function.
Do you offer paid consulting or do you launch tokens for people?
No. Arctools is self-service tooling, not an agency. We do not hold keys, take custody or run launches on anyone's behalf, and we will never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
Is Arctools affiliated with Circle or the Arc Foundation?
No. Arctools is an independent third-party tool suite built on Arc Mainnet's public contracts. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Circle Internet Financial or the Arc Foundation.

Looking for something to do?

The token checker is free and needs no wallet. Everything else costs a flat 50 USDC and settles on Arc Mainnet in under a second.
