Terms of Service

By accessing arctools.tech or using any tool on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction and must not be barred from using the service under the laws that apply to you.

Arctools provides a web interface that builds and submits transactions to Arc Mainnet, an independent public blockchain operated by third parties. Arctools is not the Arc network, does not control it, and cannot alter its state.

Arctools never takes custody of your assets, your tokens, your liquidity or your keys. Every transaction is constructed in your browser and signed by you in your own wallet. The tool contracts deployed on Arc Mainnet have no capability to move your assets after the fact.

• We never hold, store or transmit your private key or seed phrase.
• We cannot sign a transaction on your behalf, and we will never ask you to.
• We cannot reverse, cancel or retrieve any transaction once it is onchain.
• We cannot recover tokens sent to an address you do not control.

Each onchain service costs a flat 50 USDC, charged at the moment the service executes on Arc Mainnet. Read-only tools — token checking and holder snapshots — are free.

• The fee is a fixed amount per use. It is not a percentage of your token supply, not a per-recipient charge, and not a subscription.
• Network gas is separate, is also denominated in USDC on Arc, and is paid by you to the network — not to Arctools.
• Where a tool depends on another Arctools service, such as locking LP tokens created by a launch, each service charges its own fee.
• Fees are collected onchain and are visible on the Arc Explorer.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible and Arctools pays network costs when it executes a service. Accordingly:

• Service fees are non-refundable once the transaction that charges them has been included in an Arc block, including where the surrounding operation produces a result you did not want.
• If a transaction reverts before the fee is charged, you are charged nothing beyond the gas the failed transaction consumed.
• We cannot refund a fee by sending USDC back, because doing so would require us to treat a completed service as incomplete and would be trivially abusable.
• Nothing in this section limits any right to a refund you may have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for:

• The parameters you configure. Taxes, supply, limits, ownership and liquidity settings are final once deployed, and we cannot change them for you.
• Verifying every address you enter. A transfer to the wrong address, or a pool created against the wrong token, cannot be undone.
• Complying with the laws that apply to you, including securities, commodities, money-transmission and tax law.
• Determining and paying any tax arising from your activity.
• The security of your wallet, your device and your recovery phrase.
• Ensuring that your use of the service does not infringe the rights of others and is not used to defraud anyone.

You must not use Arctools to launch or distribute a token that misrepresents its ownership, taxes or liquidity — for example by advertising a renounced contract that is not renounced, or a locked pool that is not locked.

Nothing on Arctools is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token. The token checker reports contract state; a clean report is not an endorsement and does not mean a token is safe. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Arctools interacts with software we do not control, including Arc Mainnet itself, Uniswap V2 contracts deployed on Arc, USDC, and the wallet you connect. Those components are governed by their own terms and may change or fail without notice. We are not responsible for their behaviour, availability or security.

The service is provided as-is and may be unavailable, interrupted or discontinued at any time, including because a dependency changed. We may add, modify or remove a tool, and we may adjust the service fee. Because the tool contracts are deployed to Arc Mainnet and cannot be altered, a fee change takes effect through the contract's own owner-controlled configuration, which is publicly visible on the Arc Explorer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

We do not warrant that any contract deployed through Arctools is free of defects, or that a token launched through Arctools will have value, liquidity or a market.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arctools and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, tokens, liquidity or opportunity, arising from or relating to your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the total service fees you paid to Arctools in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arctools and its contributors from any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Arctools is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
